Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
 Duplicate payment due to a technical error
 Payment made in error, with written notification provided immediately
 Cancellation of an event or programme by AMPRI, where a refund is the preferred alternative to rescheduling

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original transaction.

 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
 Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
 You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
5. No Cash Refunds
All refunds, if approved, will be made electronically. AMPRI does not issue cash refunds under any circumstance.
6. Event Cancellations or Changes
If AMPRI cancels or postpones an event, course, or training, registered participants will be given the option to:
 Transfer their registration to a future event
 Request a full refund (only if the new schedule is not suitable)
